CorporateLeaser.com uses the legal loophole called corporate leasing to get credit challenged renters approved at just about any rental property of their choice. Obviously, our typical client has credit issues ranging from evictions, broken leases, poor credit score, bankruptcy, and more. We bypass our clients getting their personal credit ran for the approval by using a technique called Corporate Leasing. Corporate Leasing is when a company uses their excellent business credit, corporate name, financials, rental history, and references to submit a corporate rental application on behalf of their client and keeps their client's social security number private during the process to prevent any credit checks. The property manager or landlord will screen the corporation's business credit and/or a separate credit profile instead of the client's personal credit.

Corporate Leasing Program Pricing:

$850.00 in total.

$350.00 is due after approval into the program, then $500.00 is due after the client requests a case manager to apply to their selected rental property.

The Pricing to join our Second Chance Program through corporate leasing is $850.00 in total. Please Note, the renter is expected to also pay any application, admin, security deposits, or other fees required by the property manager or landlord.

What is the Refund Policy?

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee Refund Policy if the client isn’t approved into a rental property within 30 days. However the average move-in time in our program is 7 days, depending on the client’s desired move-in date.

Any client who requests a refund will be granted one, so long as they give us a fair shot to get them approved at their selected rental property.

What is a Renters ID number and what is its purpose?

A renter’s ID number is an In-house Corporate identifier and credit profile of the renter who is under our corporate lease. It’s a way for us, the property manager/landlord, and clients to identify which client is which so we don’t get your case confuse with other cases. The Renters ID Number is also used on the corporate lease application to identify the renter as an extra layer of protection for our client’s personal credit to remain private during the application and screening process. The Renters ID number is associated with our corporate entity's credit profile in terms of providing credit and tradeline services to assist our clients in getting approved for housing rentals.

What If my chosen rental property doesn’t have corporate rental applications or offer corporate leasing?

It’s fine. Your renters ID number is connected to our in-house corporate credit through tradelines and can still be used on an individual rental application to generate the desired results in terms of securing the approval at your selected rental property through corporate leasing.

How long can I expect this process to take from today?

The process shouldn’t take longer than 7 days after you complete payment to join the program. Please look out for updates and directions from your assigned case manager from the Renters ID number department. Check both your inbox and spam folder to make sure you haven't missed any updates from a support or case manager.

How can I set up the Positive Rent Reporting Service?

After you sign up, you will receive an email to set up positive rent reporting through a third party company in our network. Please Note: The positive rent reporting is totally optional for the client. We do not require our clients to join the positive rent reporting programs.

What are tradelines, and how does it relate to the Renters ID number.

A tradeline is a term used by credit reporting agencies to describe credit accounts listed on a credit report. For each account you have, there is a separate tradeline, which includes information about the creditor and the debt.

When our client Renters ID Number is generated, we add the credit profile associated with the renters ID number to our corporate tradeline accounts in order to generate an excellent rental related credit history on the Renters ID Number, so when the renters ID Number is screened during the rental application process it is approved.

We also add positive rental history and other positive items to the Renters ID number to secure the approval at the client’s selected rental property.

How can I expect the process to work from start to finish and how soon can I move in from the day I start?

Our Second Chance Program through Corporate Leasing works as follows:

  • Submit Corporate Lease Application from to join program.

  • Get Approved to join Program, same day approvals. Pay First Fee of $350.00.

  • Account Manager gives you a call to review your case, and assign it to a case manager.

  • Submit Request Renters ID Form.

  • Case Manager calls or communicates with you to go over the details of your case.

  • Case Manager sends you invoice to complete payment of the remaining $500.00.

  • YOU Pick ANY rental property you want using online housing rental search tools or by searching in your designed city in person.

  • Case Manager provides you with directions on how to apply to your selected rental property using your new Renters ID Number, with our Excellent Business Credit attached to the renters ID number.

  • Pay any required application, admin, or deposit fees to your selected rental property.

  • You Get Approved and move in.

    The time of this process depends on the renter and when they want to move in. However, it’s a speedy process that can take less than a week to complete.

What is Corporate Leasing?

Corporate Leasing is when a company uses their excellent business credit, corporate name, financials, rental history, and references to submit a rental application on behalf of the client and/or when a corporation uses alternative approval techniques on behalf of the client to grant them an approval at their selected rental property.

When will I be assigned a case manager?

The total price of the program is $850.00 One Time Fee.

After the client signs up they are emailed directions to search, tour, and select a rental property; the client is provided with a link to submit their chosen rental property and request a Renters ID number so their case can be assigned to a case manager.

After the client pays the Fee to the Renters ID Number Department, the case manager will reach out to the client to start on the case and provide directions. We ask all clients to please follow the directions provided to them very carefully and please keep the renters ID number private.
